1. How do I join?
Joining is simple! Just choose a subscription option and follow the steps to create your profile.
2. Are boxes personalized?
We try our best to curate a general selection of products we believe our subscribers will appreciate.
3. When will I receive my first box?
Please allow 3-5 days processing. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days (for U.S. customers).
4. Can I buy boxes from past months?
The purchase of previous boxes is not currently offered.
5. How can I track my package?
You will received a confirmation email along with the tracking number once your box has been shipped.
6. When will I be billed?
For subscribers, you will be charged at the time of purchase for your first box. After that, payment will be billed on the 5th of the following ship month. Then a payment will be billed on the 5th every two months for Bi-Monthly subscribers and on the 5th of every sixth month for Semi-Annual subscribers.
7. Can I pick the date you bill me?
Our billing dates are the same every billing month. Payment processing is at the discretion of your financial institutions.
8. How do I change my shipping address?
Log in to your profile to make any changes on your account.
9. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free in the U.S, $15.00 for Canada shipping.
10. My box or product(s) are damaged.
Product quality and safety is our priority and we will replace any product that is defective, or damaged in transit at no cost. Simply Contact Us and include a picture of the damages item.
11. Can I get a refund for my box?
There are no refund for shipped boxes.
12. I'm having trouble logging in.
13. How do I cancel my membership?
Membership can be cancelled by logging in under your profile. Cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Otherwise, cancellation will take effect next billing cycle. There are no refunds for any pending boxes still within your subscription. If you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your term, you will still receive your remaining boxes and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the term.
14. How do I delete my account?
Please Contact Us to permanently remove your account.
